Jonathan is the newest member of the FIRE Wealth Management team and is based in Colorado Springs. Growing up in a large family with seven siblings and spending part of his childhood living in Ecuador gave him a unique perspective on the importance of stewardship, relationships, and thoughtful financial decision-making.
Jonathan is passionate about helping individuals and families gain clarity and confidence in their financial lives. He enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and guiding them through important financial decisions so they can focus on what matters most. Whether helping organize their finances, planning for the future, or navigating life's transitions, Jonathan believes financial planning should bring peace of mind—not added complexity.
He earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from Calvin University and brings experience in nonprofit accounting and human resources, where he managed payroll, employee benefits, and financial operations. Committed to providing knowledgeable, fiduciary advice, Jonathan has passed both the Series 65 examination and the CFP® certification exam and is continuing his professional journey in comprehensive financial planning.
Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah. Together they love exploring new towns, discovering local coffee shops, and hiking Colorado's scenic trails. He is also an avid learner who enjoys financial planning podcasts and stays active by participating in a local men's fitness group.
